Every time anyone saves their edits, a revision of the map is created.

[edit] Recent Changes
To see recent revisions, select the Recent Changes tab. You will find a list of the 50 newest revisions that effect the part of the map you are currently viewing. You can adjust the number at the bottom of the tab.
[edit] Selecting revision(s)
Revisions can be selected simply by clicking one from the list of revisions. You can also multiply select revisions by using the shift key or the control key (command on the mac) with the mouse click. The area(s) changed by the revision or revisions selected will be outlined in green on the map. The options on this tab (described below) will be applied (if applicable) to the revision or revisions that have been selected (highlighted).
[edit] Filters
- All revisions
- Shows revisions for the entire map.
- Revisions effecting visible area
- Just revisions in your current view. The list will change whenever you pan or zoom.
- Watch region
- Revisions of a watch region that you have created (see below for details).
[edit] Map Shows
You must click the Update button every time you change to one of these options. You can also click the Look at button to change the view of the map to show all the changes made by the selected revision(s).
- Current revision
- See the map as it currently exists.
- Latest Selected
- The revision number being shown will appear near the bottom of the map.
- Changes
- Added and Deleted blocks will show up as blue and red, respectively. Blocks with property changes will be highlighted in green. Click on a block and it's properties (at the time of the revision) will be displayed under Block Details, with changes highlighted in blue or red. Click the Recent Changes tab again to return to looking at revisions.
[edit] Revert Revisions
Clicking this will reverse all the changes made on the selected revision(s). Use with caution, but do not hesitate to revert undesirable revisions.

[edit] Write Feedback
For making comments or suggestions on someone's revision(s). Your comments will be sent to the user who made the revision(s), you, and also to cyclopath-users (the other users's name will not be included in the latter e-mail).
This is a great way to welcome new users to Cyclopath, to thank people for useful work, and to provide guidance if editing needs to be improved.
Follow-up discussion on cyclopath-users is encouraged.
If a revision already has feedback, a small button labeled "fb" will be displayed. You can click this to see the feedback and a link to follow-up discussion.
[edit] Watch regions
Watch regions let you define custom regions of the map where you would like to be notified of any changes (revisions) made in the revisions. You can also see previous changes made to the region, under the Recent Changes tab (see above). Watch regions are private to you.
